Tailoring Beats

• Length of Verses, Choruses, Breaks, Intro, and Outro or anything else in the beat can be tailored to the way you want it.
• The Price of Each Beat includes:
  *Tracking out of the beat in MP's Basement using DIGI 002 w/ Waves
  *One Data CD of the Pro-tools Session or One Audio CD of Individual Wave Files
  *One Audio CD with a "pre-mix" of the Beat
  *All Additional Copies are $5.00 a CD
• I back-up all sessions so you may ask for additional copies at any time.

When you buy a beat from Mulatto Patriot Production's you have 100% ownership of that beat. You are responsible for all sample clearance if it applies, and "Mulatto Patriot" must be placed in all credits for all projects as the creator or producer of the beat that was bought from Mulatto Patriot Productions. Packaging and shipping not included.

When you license a beat from Mulatto Patriot Productions, Mulatto Patriot Productions keeps 100% ownership of the beat. The terms of cost for licensing a Mulatto patriot Production's beat are an up front non-refundable fee that will be negotiated by Mulatto Patriot Productions. Plus 50% of all Gross earnings of the beat's share in any and every single project where the beat is used including but not limited to Demo's, Singles, EP's, LP's, Tapes, CD's, Mix CD's, Compilation Albums, Motion Pictures, DVD's, and/or any commercial use. If the beat is used as a demo that gets an artist signed Mulatto Patriot Productions is owed 50% of any money received (advance and/or signing bonus) from the beat's share in that demo.

Payments owed to Mulatto Patriot Productions are due within one month of the lessee receiving any and all money from their customers, companies, and/or clients. When you pay the up-front fee to license a Mulatto Patriot Production's beat, that entitles the lessee to an amount of time specified in each individual contract for sole use of that beat. At the end of that time period Mullato Patriot Productions may take back the beat to lease or sell to another client or he may give the client that leased the beat the opportunity to buy the beat from Mulatto Patriot Productions for 100% ownership at the price set within the contract.

In the event that the lessee declines to buy the beat for any reason Mulatto Patriot Productions will have the right to license or sell the beat to another client and as many clients as Mulatto Patriot Productions chooses. However, if the beat is not sold or licensed the original lessee has the right to use the beat with the original contractual conditions until contacted otherwise.

If the beat is sold to another client of Mulatto Patriot Productions, that client has full ownership and the right to either allow the previous lessee to continue to use it at their terms and/or has the right to stop the lessee from all usage completely. The lessee is also responsible for 100% of all sample clearance if it applies, and "Mulatto Patriot" must be placed in all credits for all projects as the creator and producer of the beat that was licensed from Mulatto Patriot Productions. Packaging and shipping are not included.
